A new survey found that Gen-Z workers would threaten to quit their jobs if bosses scrapped home working. More than three-quarters of the Gen-Z population, and 70% of millennials, said they would consider looking for a new job if asked to return to the office five days a week, according to research by Deloitte.

We own or manage a portfolio valued at £13.7bn (British Land share: £10.3bn) as at 30 September 2020 making us one of Europe's largest listed real estate investment companies. We do this by creating great environments both inside and outside our buildings and use our scale and placemaking skills to enhance and enliven them.
